Commercial Parking Space Permits - St Louis MO VA Medical Center
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, on behalf of the St. Louis MO VA Medical Center, St. Louis MO, has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price Service contract for the furnishing of permits for three hundred and fifty (350) non-reserved parking spaces to provide parking for employees of the John Cochran Division, 915 North Grand Blvd., St. Louis MO 63106-1621. These services are being acquired in accordance with FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. Please see the attached solicitation RFQ VA255-17-Q-0031 (with two (2) attachments) for additional information regarding this requirement.
It is anticipated that the contract will be for a for base period of one (1) year with four (4) one (1) year option periods. Award will be by Best Value, considering price, technical capabilities and past performance. Please see the attached solicitation for a Statement of Objective (SOO), terms and conditions. Offers shall be submitted in accordance with the solicitation section E.1 INSTRUCTIONS FOR QUATATION SUBMISSIONS.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 812930. The SBA size standard for NAICS 812930 is $38.5 Million.
