This solicitation contains a Commercial Facilities Management (CFM) work statement for a performance-based service. The Contractor shall provide the management, administrative, supervision, labor, sub-contractors, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective completion of Preventive Maintenance services, repair of building operating equipment and systems as described in this contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for needed engineering services and reimbursable building alterations of building equipment including, but not limited to:  All elevators on the premises, custodial and trash/debris removal services and all miscellaneous work associated with complete building facility management at the building.  The Contractor will determine how much labor is needed to perform the tasks, what methods will be used to complete the job and which supplies, materials and equipment are needed.

-The Wiley Building's auditorium is reserved for this site visit; the room number is 1A-003.

-All individuals attending the site visit will need a valid government issued ID (i.e. Driver's License and/or government credentials).

-Please email a list of the name(s) of the invidual(s) who will be attending the site visit by Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at 9:00 AM EST to:

Questions:
The due date to submit questions is Thursday, April 6, 2017 at 9:00 AM EST. All questions must be submitted in Microsoft Excel Format. The Contract Specialist will group the questions into one Excel spreadsheet, ensure that they get answered, and return to each vendor the collective list of questions and answers.
