Commercial Facade Improvement Program
The City invites sealed responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for General Contractor firms to perform facade improvements on privately owned commercial structures located within the City limits. As envisioned by the City’s Commercial Facade Improvement Program, projects will focus primarily on brick, mortar, windows, doors, lighting, signage and canopy.
