Commercial District Leadership Development Services
The Department is seeking a highly-motivated and well-qualified firm, nonprofit organization, individual, or team of consultants with demonstrated experience in leadership development to design, develop and implement a Commercial District Leadership Institute for the staff of Avenue NYC-funded organizations and Business Improvement Districts serving low- to moderate-income neighborhoods.
The creation of the institute will build upon the nonprofit management trainings and technical assistance offered by SBS by providing a limited number of participants the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and technical knowledge of commercial revitalization strategies.
