Commerce Strategic Marketing Project
The South Carolina Materials Management Office is soliciting proposals for the professional services of an Agency that will work collaboratively with the South Carolina Department of Commerce to provide strategic, creative, and digital media services, recommend and implement methods to reach a target audience and execute those recommendations through digital media purchasing, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, Web 2.0 activities, e-communications, interactive media or other recommended and agreed upon methods that will assist the Dept. of Commerces efforts to recruit investment and jobs to South Carolina.
