Commander Navy Region Mid-Atlantic (CNRMA), Regional Bachelor Housing, requires washers and dryers maintenance and repair services for bachelor housing in the New England Region
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Groton contracting branch requests responses from qualified sources capable of provide washers and dryers maintenance and repair services for bachelor housing in the New England region in accordance with the Performance Based Work Statement. These services are in support of the Naval Submarine Base New London CT, Naval Station Newport RI, and Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery ME. This is a SYNOPSIS for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, FAR Subpart 19.5 Set-Asides for Small Business and supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.
This synopsis shall be posted on both the FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00189-15-T-G032. The NAICS code is 811412 bAppliance Repair and Maintenance, and the small business standard is $15 Million. This is a 100% small business set aside competitive action. Questions regarding technical or contractual issues must be addressed to the contract specialist via e-mail ONLY. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAR and DFARS. It is the vendor responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
