This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, reference number W52P1J-Q-BK06, incorporates the provisions and clauses in Attachment 0002 - Provisions and Clauses.
Requirement:
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island hereby requests a firm fixed price quote for the transportation of soldiers via a charter bus in accordance with Attachment 0001 - Performance Work Statement, Attachment 0002 - Provisions and Clauses.
This acquisition will be awarded based on lowest price submitted that meets all the requirements listed in this RFQ and Attachment 0001 and 0002.
The Government intends to award a standalone contract without opening discussions, but reserves the right to conduct discussions should the contracting officer deem them necessary.
The contractor is required to submit Attachment 0003 252.209-7993 Tax Liability with their quote.
