The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) intends to issue solicitation N5005420R0001 for an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Contract (IDIQ-MAC) to furnish the necessary management, technical support, labor, material, equipment, and facilities to accomplish repair and refurbishment of SLQ-32 Antenna Enclosures; MK-36 and MK-53 Decoy Launching System (DLS) CERTIFICATION REQUIRED; MK-141 MOD 1 Harpoon Launch Support Structure (LSS); MK-32 Surface Vessel Torpedo Tube; OE-82 Series UHF SATCOM Antennas;AM-6534/SSR-1, AM-7317A/SSR Amplifiers, Radomes and ancillary equipment on board U.S. Navy and/or other military type vessels. This will be an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity, firm fixed price contract. The contract will be for a base year with four one-year options. Performance of work will primarily be on vessels located in a 50-mile radius of Norfolk Naval Station, Norfolk VA.

 

The applicable NAICS code is 336611 (Ship Building and Repair) with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. In addition, this procurement will utilize the policies and procedures of FAR Part 15 "Contracting by Negotiation."

 

A Sources Sought Notice was posted on FEDBIZOPPS on 09 October 2019 referencing solicitation number N5005420R0001. Based on the result of the Source Sought Notice and other market research conducted, the Government has determined that this requirement will be competed Full and Open.
