Color Laser Printers
The Town is seeking bids on a total of eleven (11) Kyocera (or equivalent) color laser printers to replace the printers listed on the Printer List and Bid Form that is included in this solicitation. The Town is also seeking bids on five (5) legal size trays and five (5) multi-purpose trays for these printers. Laser printers that are bid to replace the first eight (8) models listed on the Printer List and Bid Form must have a minimum output speed of 28 pages per minute, whereas the printers bid to replace the last (3) listed models must have a minimum output speed of 32 pages per minute.
