The City is requesting proposals from qualified and competent engineering firms, licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia, for the purposes of entering into a contract through negotiations to perform professional services. This contract will be for services to generate detailed designs and specifications for a living shoreline project along two separate reaches in Colley Bay.
