Letter of intent: Dec 16, 2009
U.S. Education is releasing a request for proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals for website design and development services for one or more of its colleges (College). All agencies wishing to be considered for this contract should submit a preliminary letter of intent and an executed copy of our confidentiality agreement via email as soon as possible, but no later than by 5 p.m. (Pacific) on December 16th, 2009.
