Create a web site that is the primary source for College information, is easy to navigate, and reflects the College's brand, and provides web site design services for the College going forward, incorporating both the onling refreshing of its web site on a continuous basis, and future expansion.
Portage College requires a web site that allows for content to be easily maintained and updated by College employees with little or no technical training, while the periodic changes to the "look and feel" of the web site, and future expansions in scope, will be undertakend by the contracted vendor.
