College Transfer Transformation Strategy
The College system issues this Request for Proposals for the purpose of providing us with a comprehensive self-study, planning, and implementation process and supporting consultative services to
transform transfer at the college in a manner consistent with leading research, and national standards and best practices for college student transfer from community colleges to baccalaureate degree granting institutions, including the development of holistic, integrated structures and processes for the design and delivery of instructional and student services.
