Collections Services
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain competitive proposals from bona fide, qualified proposers who are interested in
providing collection services as defined herein.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) sets forth the specifications and requirements of the University (herein after referred to as the University) for full collection services of
delinquent National Direct Student Loan (NDSL) and Federal Perkins Loan accounts.
