This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation FDA-SOL-1130616 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The U. S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Acquisitions and Grant Services (OAGS) is seeking to purchase a study to collect data from non-invasive and invasive physiological sensors during hemorrhage at varying bleed rates in a conscious sheep model. During the option, if exercised, data may be recorded in sheep with sepsis.
