Collection and Recycling Services
The City is seeking proposals from qualified offerors to service and collect recyclables from the NRC sites under one of two options. Interested offerors must offer responses to this solicitation under the structure of Option 1 and Option 2. It is the Citys intent to establish a contract for collection, transport, and delivery services that result in no cost to the City. The City will provide a total of 28 enclosed roll-off containers and one (1) back up container for collection of recyclables. These containers will be distributed among all sites. The guide rails for the containers are 36.5 inches wide. Offerors are encouraged to propose financial arrangements such as in-kind contributions that will be considered to offset costs the City may incur as proposed by the offeror. Offerors should demonstrate the dollar value of the in-kind or other services proposed. The choice of option and the acceptance of in-kind or other services are made at the sole discretion of the City. Interested offerors may respond indicating the intent to service specific sites and exclude others. Because offerors may exclude sites, the City reserves the right to make multiple awards and negotiate service at sites with the successful offeror(s).
