Collection and Compilation of Travel Speed Data
The intent of this RFP is to identify a contractor to collect, compile and analyze historic travel speed data for the highway system for the year 2010. This data will then be used to:
Calculate a system performance and reliability measures
Create a congestion baseline for future comparison to observe congestion trends over time.
Used as critical input to congestion management plans for Metropolitan Planning Organizations.
