Collection Services
The Court's delinquent financial obligations eligible for referral to external collections consists of criminal cases, civil traffic cases, parking/environmental offenses, civil non-traffic cases and non-charge related obligations. Accounts referred for collections will include accounts previously referred to external collections. The monthly referral for external collections is estimated at 6,800 accounts valued at approximately $3.2 million.
