The purpose of this RFI is to communicate and solicit feedback from industry on the "Draft" version of an upcoming overseas requirement to provide a Collaborative Community Security program in support of the Ministry of Public Security in Costa Rica. The vendor shall furnish the proposed services in accordance with the conditions, requirements and specifications of this PWS or similar. The NAICS Code for this requirement is anticipated to be 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting.

Any interested vendor shall follow the instructions as described in the attached "Request for Information" document.
