Demolish existing medians on Colfax from Galapago to Bannock and construct new, concrete, irrigated median planters with up-lit end monument structures, remove asphalt intersections at Bannock and 14th Ave. and replace with concrete, replace curb ramps, construct bulbouts and new curb ramps at Cherokee and 14th Ave., extend bike lane on 14th Ave. from mid-block alley between Cherokee and Bannock to Acoma Plaza.
