Cold Weather Gear
This is a Sources Sought notice, not a request for quote, proposal, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of small business concerns for potential set-aside. No award will be made from this Sources Sought. No solicitation is available at this time. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a future acquisition. After review of the responses to this Sources Sought notice, and if the Government still plans to proceed with the acquisition, a solicitation announcement will be published on Federal Business Opportunities. It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for a future synopsis/solicitation, as they will not be notified. The 5th Contracting Squadron is seeking sources interested in a possible Basic Purchasing Agreement (BPA) to provide cold weather gear for Minot AFB, ND. The NAICS code is 448190. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide the cold weather gear listed in the attached spreadsheets. Gear needed will include but not be limited to goggles, reflective belts, socks, watch caps, fleece hoods, face masks, mech gloves, ice cleats, coveralls, APECs pants and jackets, gloves, rain suits, fleece jackets, thermal tops and pants, Gen III pants and jackets, etc. Offerors having the products stated above are invited to provide information to contribute to this Sources Sought notice including commercial market information and company information via e-mail or facsimile (701-723-2696) to SrA Margaret Kroening at [email protected] no later than 15:00 Central Time on 18 June 2014.
