Cold Bay Airport Master Plan Update
The Contractor shall update the June 1988 Airport Master Plan for the Cold Bay Primary Airport to include an updated aviation forecast, design aircraft designation, land use analysis, environmental overview and draft and final Airport Master Plan and an updated Airport Layout Plan. The Airport Master Plan Update shall identify and address substantive issues at the Cold Bay airport including the runway visibility zone, airport impacts on community development and Land Use Assessment needs for aviation related services and facilities. The Contracting Agency reserves the right to negotiate and add further services, including design, and assistance during bidding and construction.
