Coho Campground Septic Tank Repairs
The U.S. Forest Service Olympic National Forest requires pumping, cleaning, assessment, and repair of up to three septic tanks at Coho Campground, which is located at Lake Wynoochee in Grays Harbor County, Washington, approximately 38 miles north of Montesano, Washington. Evidence of water infiltration and exfiltration has been observed in two of the three tanks.
The Contractor shall be required to complete the entire work ready for use not later than 28 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed.
A Request for Quotation will be issued on or about June 19th as a total small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code is 238910 -- Site Preparation Contractors. The applicable size standard is $14.0 million.
Quotes are due on July 10, 2014, by 3:00 p.m. Pacific. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is determined to be most advantageous to the government. The anticipated award date is July 17, 2014.
Responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the government. In accordance with FAR 4.1102(a), prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Lack of registration in SAM on the part of the offeror will render an offeror ineligible for award. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by visiting www.sam.gov.
