Cogentix Video Cystoscope Maintenance
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that can provide maintenance and repair services for Cogentix CST-5000 Video Cystoscopes for the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center located at 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045.
The contractor shall provide maintenance and repair services which may consist of calibration, cleaning, oiling, adjusting, replacing parts, and maintaining the equipment. The contractor shall repair the equipment to the functional level equivalent to the original equipment manufacturer s specifications.
The NAICS code is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and Small Business Size Standard is $22 Million
The information submitted shall contain the company s business size status. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a request for proposal (RFP). No questions will be answered. The VA will not pay for any information received resulting from this sources sought notice.
