Code 85 WAF Operational Services
This is a synopsis for noncommercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular.
Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT), Code 85 Weapons, Vehicles, and Defensive Systems Department, has a requirement to maintain the Weapons Analysis Facility (WAF) weapon simulators, perform WAF computer systems hardware maintenance, perform WAF operational security, provide administrative and financial support, and WAF Media Center support.
The resulting solicitation for this requirement will be a competed as unrestricted under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 541330, Size Standard $38,500,000.00. Estimated date of RFP release is August 3, 2017.
Anticipated CLIN Structure:
CLIN 0001: Technical and WAF Operational Services, Quantity: 1 Job
CLIN 0002: DATA, Quantity: 1 Lot, Not Separately Priced (NSP)
The above required services are to be provided and delivered in accordance with the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) and DRAFT Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL). The anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) is for sixty (60) days from date of contract award. F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport; Newport, RI. The most current Wage Determination for Rhode Island (Statewide) shall be applicable. Anticipated start date for services is August 16th, 2017.
