The University needs a strategic approach to how it manages a co-curricular record management portal system for the purpose of connecting students to leadership opportunities and recognizing these students through a co-curricular record.
We would also like the program to be extended to UFV Alumni. All activities and opportunities need to be linked to learning outcomes. Ultimately, the portal will enable UFV to:
hold a database of student / alumni leaders that we can connect to;
market and house available co-curricular activities and opportunities;
allow verifiers (staff and faculty) to confirm once a student or alumni has completed an activity or opportunity;
permit students and alumni the ability to print their formal co-curricular record listing their involvement.
