This proposal is intended to provide for the establishment of a contract to furnish certain types of Seasonal Clothing to various State of Kansas agencies during the contract period.
Quantities: This Solicitation is for an open-ended contract between a vendor and the State to furnish an undetermined quantity of a good or service in a given period of time. An estimated quantity based on past history or other means may be used as a guide. The quantities ordered will be those actually required during the contract period, and the contractor will deliver only such quantities as may be ordered.
Quality: All garments must be full cut, well made, first quality, shrink and fade resistant and guaranteed to withstand institutional use and laundry. All items offered by a vendor shall be new, unused in any regard, with no after-factory alteration and of most current design. All items shall be first class in all respects; seconds or flawed items are not acceptable.
