The County Commissioners are hereby requesting proposals from qualified, multi-disciplined sanitary engineering firms to perform engineering and consulting service in the immediate evaluation and design of improvements to the Influent & Effluent Pump Stations of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (MWWTP) to improve plant performance as the only source of the County’s Closed Loop (Water Reuse) System.
