Close Quarters Combat Training and Enhanced Tactical Shooting Instruction
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation on FedBizOpps; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation H92240-14-Q-9021 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76, effective July 25, 2014 and DFARS Change Notice 20140805.
This is a total Small Business set-aside and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code and small business size standard are:
NAICS code 611699

QUOTE SUBMISSIONS: Quotes are due 15 September 2014, at 10:00 am, Pacific.
Quotes must be valid for 180 days. No facsimile quotes will be accepted. All quotes must be clearly marked with the RFQ number H92240-14-Q-9021. Contractors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this office before the specified due date and time.
Email is the only acceptable method of submission. Electronic quotes shall contain separate files for each volume. Individual emails shall not exceed 10 MB and shall not include .zip files. Quotes, together with signed amendments(s) if applicable, must be submitted electronically to the following email addresses: WARCOM-Contracts@navsoc.socom.mil and shayla.mclaurin@navsoc.socom.mil with subject line "H92240-14-Q-9021, S. McLaurin."
To be considered timely, an E-mail quote must be received in its entirety in the designated E-mail inbox by the due date and time for final quote submission. An E-mail quote that resides on a Government server, but has not appeared in the designated E-mail inbox by the due date and time for quote submission will be considered late. Therefore, it is incumbent upon the Vendor to ensure that its entire quote is received by the Agency by the designated due date.
DEADLINE FOR RFQ QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this requirement shall be submitted electronically no later than 7 September 2014 at 3:00pm Pacific to allow adequate time to prepare a response. Questions must be submitted electronically to the following email addresses: WARCOM-Contracts@navsoc.socom.mil and shayla.mclaurin@navsoc.socom.mil with subject line "H92240-14-Q-9021, S. McLaurin."
The PWS will be distributed upon request and only to interested vendors registered in SAM with the appropriate NAICS code. Attachment 6 - Wage Determination will become avaliable at time of contract award.
