This is a Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources, small and other than small businesses, to perform a potential requirement. Respondents are required to be registered and in good standing in The System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/#1
Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.
NAICS code: 611710 and the size standard is $15.0M.
NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be registered and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry www.vetbiz.gov.
Project Requirements: On-site clinical education training for Nuclear Medicine Technologist on the Siemens Symbia S gamma camera. See the Statement of Work.

Anticipated period of performance: The intended contract period is for 16 hours (2 Days) of Siemens clinical training.
Information sought: Response to this announcement shall not exceed 10 pages and should include the following information:

(1) A tailored capability statement indicating the firm s ability to provide the services required in the Statement of work. Include any certifications/qualifications for accomplishing the required training approved by the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT), and any authorization to service or provide training this equipment on only Siemens Medical Solutions Inc. letterhead;
(2) The respondents DUNS number, organization name, address, point of contact, and size and type of business (e.g., SDVOSB/VOSB, small, etc.) pursuant to the applicable NAICS code;
(3) Information should be provided electronically in a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format.

A. Functional Statement:
West Texas VA Healthcare System (WTVAHCS), Imaging Service, requires a onetime purchase for 16 hours (2 Days) of Siemens clinical training (applications) on a Symbia S gamma camera for one (1) nuclear medicine technologist.
1. Onsite training 16 hours- 16 hours of on-site clinical education training, scheduled consecutively (Monday - Friday) during WTVAHCS standard operating hours of 8am-4:30pm for a maximum of 4 technologists. Training must be approved from American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT).
2. Training will take place between May 1, 2018 and September 30th, 2018.
