The purpose of this initiative is to address anticipated demand for clinical case management (CCM) services resulting from Rockefeller Drug Law sentencing reforms (Chapter 56 and other chapters of the Laws of 2009) occurring in the four boroughs of the City of New York. The sentencing reforms are expected to increase the demand for chemical dependence treatment services, including outpatient services, and case management services, as additional non-violent felony offenders will now be provided the opportunity to participate in treatment services and programs under Judicial and Probation or other supervision.
Bidders conference TBA.
