Renovation work to be accomplished under this contract includes the interior fit-out of approximately 4,300 square feet of an existing area. Fit-out includes toilet room renovation, new exam room areas, waiting room and offices. Minor HVAC and electrical work is included in the scope. Flooring, ceiling and paint finish work is involved in these areas
