1) Post sign in sheet from site visit.
2) Respond to question from the site visit: Condition of the glycol system and if it was operational. Response: there are some issues with that system but it is not park of the statement of work for this contract.
3) Respond to question from the site visit: Programing is part of the statement of work and is listed in Section II, Summary, Paragraph Two.
Amendment 0001 issued to 140P1419Q0110:
1) Add 52.237-1 Site Visit (APR 1984) Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. (End of Provision)
2) Site Visit will take place on August 28, 2019 @ 10AM ET. Meeting at Front Door of 5442 Germantown Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19144. Please RSVP by emailing Mary_Woodin@nps.gov by 7:00PM ET August 27, 2019. Point of Contact will be either Joe Aprile or Carlos Pomales. Questions from the site visit will need to be submitted in writing to Mary_Woodin@nps.gov no later than August 29, 2019 at 15:00 ET.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued; quotes are being requested herein and a separate, written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2019-05, effective date 08/13/2019.
The intent of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to obtain quotes for a firm fixed priced contract for proper and safe removal and disposal of up to twenty two (22) existing Climatemaster heat pumps. Contractor shall provide, install, calibrate, program, and function test, twenty two (22) new Climatemaster heat pumps, all required valves, hoses, fittings, controls, sensors, self-balancing kits, electrical or wiring requirements, and any other associated parts, assemblies, or components required.
