Client Management Tracking
The Housing Authority seeks an integrated enterprise software solution through a web
based application and implementation services to meet its client tracking needs for the following
primary purposes:
Client tracking and case management for Authority's Resident Services programs
0 Contract management for the social service providers contracted by Authority; and
Housing Choice Voucher call center system for logging, tracking and escalation of calls
from clients. landlords and others.
