Client Enrollment Broker
The State is seeking a vendor to function as Illinois’ Client Enrollment Broker (ICEB). On a state-wide basis, the ICEB shall be responsible for educating Medicaid Participants on their choice of Health Plans, facilitating client enrollment based on client choice, if no active client choice is made, maintaining an algorithm to auto-assign Potential Enrollees to a primary care provider, preparing client materials and communicating client enrollments to the appropriate Health Plan.
