SCOPE AND BACKGROUND: The Office is seeking to establish purchasing agreements with one company that can provide Clerk-of-the-Works Services.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project includes the removal of concrete and lawn overburden; repairs to concrete decks & installation of a new waterproofing system; reconstruction of a lawn; installation of a new concrete topping slab and other required work to complete the project.
