This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 37.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) number is title F5N3LT4139AK01. This solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set aside under the North American Industrial Classification Standard code 812320with sales less than $5,000,000.00. Products to be delivered to Westover ARB Chicopee, MA 01022.
To receive an award of contract the offeror must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database which can be accessed at the website https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. ; Offers shall be submitted via email NO LATER THAN 1000 AM EST, 7 July 2014 to [email protected]. This request for quotes is for the fulfillment of an ongoing yearly cleaning
contract to clean mobility gear as it returns back from various deployed
locations. All products shall conform to the terms, standards and
conditions of all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and best
commercial practices with the focus on safety and customer service. Quotes
will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
The specifics of the laundry and dry cleaning services requested are
outlined in the attached "Statement of Work". Please let me know ASAP if
