Cleaning LCCs & MAFs Minot AFB
1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued.
2) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96, Defense Publication Notice 20171228, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2017-1003.
3) The NAICS is 561720, Janitorial Services. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is $18 Million. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
4) Description: Provide deep cleaning services to Launch Control Centers, Missile Alert Facilities, and Launch Control Equipment Buildings. These services will be covered throughout a 5-year time period with all 15 sites being cleaned per year throughout the duration of the contracted 5 years. Please reference Attachment I, Performance Work Statement (PWS) for further detail.
5) Pricing must be completed utilizing Attachment II, CLIN Pricing and submitted by 9 April 2018, 10:00 a.m. CST. Past Performance Information Forms (PPIFs) should be completed and returned as soon as possible, but no later than 9 April 2018, 10:00 a.m. CST. PPIFs shall be completed by the third party former customer. PPIFs completed by the offeror shall not be evaluated. Both must be electronically submitted via email to the following points of contact. The offeror must request and obtain an acknowledgement of receipt for electronic submission. All questions must be submitted by 26 Mar 2018, 10:00 A.M. CST. Failure to send quotes to both POCs may result in being eliminated from award.
