Cleaning, Janitorial and Lawn Care Services
The Public Schools is soliciting written proposals from a
qualified contractor(s) to provide comprehensive custodial and grounds services. The Public Schools
intends to award a contract(s) to the respondent(s) deemed most qualified and responsive
to this request and whose proposal best benefits the Schools. Contractor may propose for
custodial services only, grounds services only, or for both services.
Further, it is the intention of this RFP to require the Contractor to develop and
provide a custodial and grounds service program for each facility. Such services
shall encompass adequate and appropriate labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and
supervision for the performance of the proposed work.
In addition to interior cleaning, the Contractor will be responsible for cleaning and
maintaining the grounds, including lawns, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, etc.
