CRA/LA invites Industrial Users and Development Teams to submit their conceptual development proposals, qualifications, business and financing plans for the purchase or long term ground lease and development of the 20-acre CleanTech Manufacturing Center (CTMC) development site.

Competitive submissions are expected to result in the development of a state-of-the-art industrial complex engaged in the sustainable manufacturing, assembly, and/or development of clean technologies and products.
