Clean Rooms
The Clean Room Contractor shall have a minimum of 15 years’ experience performing similar type Construction Projects in a tight, urban, and academic environment. The Contractor shall demonstrate past experience with Clean Room and Shielded Room construction in a high end mid-rise Lab and Research project. The Contractor shall have verifiable experience for at least six past projects of a similar nature being satisfactorily completed on budget and on schedule.
