The City of Plano is soliciting proposals for Claims Administration and Occupational Resource Services. Proposals may be submitted turnkey, in other words, all services under one proposal. Vendors may also submit independently and can be considered stand alone or carved out. City will entertain vendors who can present programs through any means described, as long as the number one expectation is met. The number one expectation is full service and customer service. City will select programs that best meet needs of City.
