Claims Legal Services
Engage multiple law firms (Firms) to provide legal services (Services) in the following claims-related service areas (Service Areas)
(1) First Party Property;
(2) Third Party Liability;
(3) Subrogation;
(4) Collections; and
(5) Appellate (for First Party Property and Third Party Liability Claims only).
Firms may offer to provide Services in any one, any combination, or all five of the Service Areas. Proposals for each Service Area will be evaluated and scored separately. A Firm's score in one Service Area will not affect its score in any other Service Area. No additional points will be awarded for submitting a Proposal for more than one Service Area.
