Claims Adjustment Services
The City intends to contract with a claims adjustment firm with significant claims adjustment experience to manage certain claims on an as-needed basis. The majority of requests will be for both first and third party vehicle and property appraisals. The City’s Fleet Management Division and other City departments that provide and operate City vehicles will also utilize the services specified in the resulting agreement.
