Civilian Law Enforcement Module (CLEM) Support
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as request for proposal (RFP), solicitation number FA489019RA036.
This effort will require the Contractor to possess a Top Secret SCI clearance prior to contract award as the Contractor shall handle/update all material including classified or unclassified records and/or documents
