Mandatory pre-proposal: March 5, 2009
The Port of San Francisco invites qualified design teams to provide professional engineering and
related design services to rebuild approximately 1000 linear feet of bay shore and slope. Services to
be provided include geotechnical, coastal, civil, structural, Environmental Permitting Support (Army
Corps and Regional Water Quality Control Board), and other disciplines as required. The design
team's expertise must be sufficiently comprehensive to assure a cost effective design that meets the
project objective, maximizing the public benefit. The Port will not provide supplies, equipment,
materials or support services (including boats or coordination) for the completion of this work.
