Civil Annual Construction
The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the Contract. The work generally consists of the following: constructing cast in place reinforced concrete structures including drilled piers, foundations, concrete manholes, retaining walls, and cable trenches; setting reinforced precast concrete structures and service boxes; installing conduit duct banks and manholes; performing structural repairs on concrete structures, manholes and boxes; installing or modify electrical grounding systems, chain link fencing, and manhole access grates which includes field welding; furnishing and placing aggregate base and crushed rock; grading and paving; and providing as-built drawings and related work for electrical facilities in the core downtown Sacramento area and outlying areas.
