Civic Master Plan Preparation
The City is requesting proposals from qualified planning firms to prepare the City's Civic Master Plan. In the late 1960’s, the City developed a comprehensive land use plan. This plan, over time, has been updated through a series of small area plans in parts of the City where development was occurring. In addition to the small area plans, once the City was designated as a metropolitan planning organization (MPO) in 1982, long range transportation plans were developed to guide improvements and the selection of transportation improvement projects.
