Civic Center Area Specific Plan
The City is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to prepare a Specific Plan, Design Standards, and an Environmental Impact Report for the Malibu Civic Center area. The RFP covers three components. The City is seeking a Consultant to prepare: 1) Design Standards; 2) a Specific Plan; and 3) the related EIR for the Project Area.
