Demand Management Plan Request for Proposals March 29,
2010;The City of Alameda is requesting proposals from qualified
Consultants to develop a Citywide Transportation System
Management/Transportation Demand Management (TSM/TDM)
Plan. The Plan will include a recommended policy framework,
funding mechanism, and institutional structure to ensure that
future development and redevelopment projects contribute their
fair share of resources to account for their impacts on the City?s
transportation infrastructure.The City was awarded a Community
Based Transportation Planning (CBTP) grant from Caltrans for
